Each drop a wobble world… a Weathercat snapped weather

a child
i felt
the
whole of
the
rain
drop
on bumper
chrome
on
window
glass
above the
couch
each
drop
a
miniature
wobble
world
in its
perimeter

tired of
carrying
the man
this far
a child
i
feel
still
the fill
of its
size,
rain,
dew,
drop
in the
eye

    1. Cheers, Dean. It occurred to me in writing it that chrome bumpers are no longer the norm. I walked around looking at parked cars to confirm my suspicions, and didn’t find one. My age shows here in ‘chrome’ letters! I used to love how the rain rested in elongated drops along its folds and bends.
