right storm
for Keikei

we met
at night
to go
and see
a beach
in storm,
though we
did not
know it
it was to
be in such
a storm,
that
evening
just the
storm
we needed
to turn
the land
around behind
us while we
rocked into
the wind,
everything
unmade
remade
by the time
we turned
around
and into
each
other,
just
the storm
was
needed

The music is from the opening Allegro Risoluto of Grande Sonata by Niccolo Paganini, interpreted here by guitarist Ana Vidović from her DVD ‘Ana Vidović – Guitar Virtuoso’.
Reminds me of Japanese/Chinese Poetry in that the small people are become observers in the ‘enormous room’ (to use e.e.cumming’s term)

Thanks, Dean. Yes, a great term Mr Cumming’s employs, and truly though we were just crumbs in the face of the weather, we beheld it in all our senses, and the sense of each other.
